Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
In case of Maintenance Request or Emergency:
- Contact rental office @ 864-298-0446.
- Maintenance personnel will be contacted.
- The repair and / or emergency repair will be scheduled within 24 Hrs from the call.
Method of Payment:
- Pay in person at the office.
- Mail in payment to: R/G Properties PO BOX 16148 Greenville, SC 29606.
- Online www.rgpofsc.com Look for pay online.
Late Fees
Rent is due on the FIRST of every month. After the 5th of the month, there will be a charge of 20% of the rent for late fee and after the 10th you will be charged an additional $195.00 for eviction. Evictions are filed on the 11th.
Security Deposits:
They are mailed to you after we have done an inspection of the home can be up to 30 days after tenant moves out.
Moving Out:
We will need a 30-day notice that you are moving out and it needs to be in writing.
Rental Insurance:
We recommend that you get rentals insurance it is not a requirement.
Renewals:
All lease renewals will be in November no matter what date you sign your original lease agreement.
